Q: What is your regular turn around time for computer and game console repair?
A: Our turn around time is usually only 1-2 days which is one of the fastest here in
Los Angeles. Same day repair is by appointment with an additional expedite rate.

Q: How much do you charge to repair a desktop and Laptop computers?
A: We charge $55 for desktop and $65 for laptop, Macs are $75 which is one of the best
labor cost here in Los Angeles. We only charge a flat labor, not per hour (most other store charges around $55 to $75 per hour)!

Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We provide internet or cyber café service to our customers at a very low price
($1 per 30 minutes, $2 per hour). Also cold soda and snacks are available in the facility. Scanning, Fax and Printing is also available.

Q: Do you repair computer printers, and other computer accessories?
A: Yes we do repair printers, scanners, LCD screens etc. Please call for prices!

Q: What game consoles do you repair?
A: We currently repair PS2, XBOX original, PSP for a flat labor fee of $35-$45 only,
not per hour. Please call first for PS3, WII and XBOX 360 repair.

Q: Do you do data retrieval or data backup for non-working computers.
A: We do data backup for non-working computers. We do not do data retrievals.
Data retrievals are recommended if the hard drive is physically damaged. We recommend that you let us check your system first, because you can probably save hundreds of dollars if we can do a data backup first for your important pictures, word documents, and multimedia files. We usually charge $65 only for this service (please compare to data retrievals which can probably cost $500 for initial retrieval plus per megabyte charges).

Q: I think my computer had been infected with a virus, what do you think should
I do? How long will it take you guys to repair it?
A: Bring your computer to us as soon as possible. Virus by nature hides and
replicates at the background, also they eat and infects other files. Our labor is $65 flat labor, not per hour. Our turn around is usually 1-2 working days.

Q: I saw lots of pop-up messages and my computer became so slow.
What should I do now?
A: These are common symptoms of spam or spyware infections. Bring your computer
to us as soon as possible. Our labor is $65 flat labor, not per hour.

Q: My laptop has a cracked screen. Do you have any replacement LCD screen?
How much will this cost me?
A: Our labor is a flat fee of $65. Parts are extra. If we have the LCD screen
in stock (which we usually do) the turn around time is usually 1-2 days. If we have to get it specially ordered and shipped, this usually adds 2-4 shipping days before pickup.

Q: My laptop’s internet does not work at all ever since I downloaded a
program file from the internet. Will you be able to solve this?
A: Yes, we can fix this problem. In fact, this is a very common complaint by internet users.
But this symptom that you are experiencing is too vague and could be caused by a number of things. We will do a software diagnostic and a hardware diagnostic and call you the following day to let you know exactly what is going on. Labor is still the same $65, one flat fee not per hour, which is one of the best here in Los Angeles.

Q: My son accidentally dropped his PSP on a cement floor. The PSP screen
is cracked but when we inserted a game, I can hear the game’s music playing
in the background. Can you fix this?
A: Yes. We need to replace the PSP LCD screen. Also, hearing the game’s music playing is a
very good news, this means that the laser and laser assembly is good and working. Our labor is $40 plus the cost LCD screen.

Q: My PS2 (or PSP) does not read any movies or games. Can you get this working again?
A: Yes. This is the most common repair that we do with PS2’s (or PSP). We will need to check the integrity of the laser and other components surrounding it. A: Yes. Our labor is $65 and the parts are extra. The price varies depending on how much memory and hard drive space you need. But we usually give discounts for the parts.
